Furn Fawz is a Lebanese bakery serving manakish, crepes and kaak. Its website is the bakery's storefront: customers browse a photo menu on their phone, build an order and place it in a few taps. Right after ordering they land on a live order page that shows every step (received, confirmed, preparing, ready) and the time the order will be ready.
Behind the website, the owner runs the shop from a private admin: a live order board, the menu, the website content and the business settings, on a phone or a computer.
The Problem
Business Need
Ordering used to depend on WhatsApp messages. Customers had to type out their order, wait for a reply and ask again to know when it would be ready. For the bakery, orders arrived as scattered chats with no clear view of what was new, what was in the oven and what was waiting to be picked up. The owner also needed to change prices, photos and texts without calling a developer.
Our Solution
Delivered System
Made by Binary designed and built a custom website in the bakery's own warm style. Customers get a photo menu with categories and search, a floating "View order" button, a short checkout and a live order page with the ready time.
The shop gets a live order board: new orders appear within seconds with a sound and an email, the owner accepts them with a ready time of 15, 30 or 45 minutes, and moves each one forward with a single tap until it is handed over. One switch pauses online ordering. An overview shows sales, busiest hours, best sellers and regular customers, and a click-to-edit editor with live preview keeps the menu, photos and website text up to date. Photos are made lighter automatically so the site opens fast.
