Project Overview
Jalal Cellphone uses one connected system for its public storefront and internal operations. Customers browse phones and accessories, place orders, and follow delivery progress. Staff manage products, customer records, sales, payments, profit, stock, and delivery from protected workspaces.
Binary built the customer experience and the business tools as one connected PHP/MySQL platform.
The Problem
A normal catalog would leave the important work in spreadsheets and chat messages. The owner needed CRM-style customer context, POS-style sales records, payment visibility, inventory control, delivery progress, and an interface that staff could actually use.
