A live multi-role platform where reviewed organisations and families run support campaigns, donors follow every fee and receipt, and admins moderate everything from one control center.
Project Overview
Sawa (سويًّا) is a community-support platform for Lebanon. Made by Binary designed and built it end to end: donors browse reviewed campaigns, organisations and families publish and manage their own campaigns, and administrators review, moderate and audit every step. Each role gets its own workspace, and campaign progress, platform fees, donation records and receipts stay clear for everyone involved.
The Problem
Community support runs on trust. Donors need to see exactly where their money goes and what it costs, organisations need a simple way to publish campaigns and talk to supporters, and the team behind the platform needs to verify who is asking for help before anything goes public. All of this involves sensitive identity, financial and moderation data, so every action had to be traceable.
Our Solution
Made by Binary built role-based accounts for donors, recipients, organisations and admins, with email verification and secure sessions. Organisations are verified from their registration documents and every campaign goes through admin review before it is published. Donors see the support fee before confirming, and every donation is recorded with a receipt. Wallets, cash-out requests, comments, direct messages, reports and notifications are all built in, together with a full admin control center and audit log.

Sawa is live at sawa.madebybinary.com with the complete journey in place: discovering a campaign, reviewing its costs, supporting it and keeping the receipt. Organisations manage their campaigns and conversations themselves, and administrators review accounts, campaigns, reports, wallets and transactions from one responsive dashboard on desktop and mobile.
