Project Overview
Binary designed and built Sawa as a complete community-support platform case study. The product gives supporters, organisations, recipients, and administrators role-specific workspaces while keeping campaign progress, platform fees, transaction records, receipts, and moderation decisions understandable.
The Problem
Community-support platforms carry sensitive identity, financial, and moderation workflows. The architecture had to make fees visible, preserve ledger history, enforce role boundaries, and keep administrative actions auditable without presenting fictional portfolio records as real activity.
Binary Solution
Binary implemented multi-role authentication, organisation review, campaign publishing, test-mode support transactions, member and organisation wallets, receipts, notifications, comments, reports, cash-out review, and an admin audit log. The portfolio environment uses privacy-safe fictional records and does not connect to an external payment processor.
